It’s about doing better at your job by taking the time to take care of yourself during the day as well.
By finding and leveraging flexibility within your job - when and/or where you do your work – you can seamlessly blend other important aspects of daily life directly into your workday. The purpose is to create an enjoyable and sustainable lifestyle that enhances both your personal wellness and your job performance by allowing them to feed off of each other. Blended Working schedules come in a wide variety of formats - and that's exactly the point! Each person is unique in how they work best, which activities enhance their sense of wellbeing, the constraints of their job, and what obligations outside of work require their time, energy, and attention.
